We pulled the logic out of the macros. We wrote it down in plain words everyone agreed on. Then we rebuilt it as a real quote tool. Same numbers you trust, but now you can read it, change it, and back it up.

Quoting runs on a tool the team gets and can update, instead of a locked black box. The scary spreadsheet is gone.
