- The message you write, such as the task or problem you want help with.
- The page you sent the message from, so we understand the context of your request.
We do not ask for sensitive information through this site. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other confidential credentials in a message.
To reply and to do the work
We use the information you send for a short list of plain purposes.
- To read your message and reply to you, usually the same day.
- To understand your request and scope the work if there is a fit.
- To keep a record of our conversation so we can follow up properly.
A light footprint
We aim to keep this site fast and low on tracking.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third party advertising or cross site tracking on this site. If we add basic, privacy respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, we will update this policy to say so. Your browser may store a small local value to remember a setting, such as pre launch access. That value stays in your browser and is not shared.
