A public website with a real backend behind it

They needed more than a template, a public site with a custom backend that actually runs part of the business, not just a brochure.

The problem

A template site could show information but couldn't do what the business needed: take structured requests, feed the office, and connect to their tools.

The existing process

The old site was a brochure. Anything a visitor submitted turned into an email someone re-typed into another system by hand.

Why it mattered

The site looked fine but did no real work, so staff carried a load a smarter site could handle.

What we did

We built a public site with a custom backend: the visitor-facing pages plus the logic and data behind them, wired to the tools they already use. Not boxed in by one platform's rules, built to fit the business.

The result

The site does real work now, capturing, organizing, and routing what comes in, instead of dumping everything into someone's inbox.

What happened next

With the backend in place, adding a customer login was a small next step.
