On-brand videos, made on a schedule
Making steady short-form video by hand didn't scale. We built a pipeline that turns a script into a finished, on-brand video.
The problem
Turning out a steady stream of short videos meant hours of editing each one by hand, so output was slow and uneven.
The existing process
Write a script, gather clips, edit, add graphics, export. Every video was a from-scratch project, so few got made.
Why it mattered
The channel needed a steady stream to grow, but hand-editing capped how many videos could ship.
What we did
We built a pipeline that turns a script into a finished video, using AI for the heavy pieces plus a code-driven graphics layer so every video stays on-brand.
The result
Videos come out on a schedule and look consistent, so the channel can post steadily without a full edit each time.
What happened next
With short-form handled, they pointed the same pipeline at a second format.
