A lead tracker so nothing slips
Leads and follow-ups lived in a mess of sheets, texts, and sticky notes. We built one place that logs every call and tells you who's due.
The problem
Leads came from the website, phone calls, and referrals. They got tracked in a mix of spreadsheets, texts, and memory. Follow-ups slipped.
The existing process
Whoever got a lead wrote it down somewhere. Nobody could see who'd been called, when, or what to do next. Warm leads went cold with no one noticing.
Why it mattered
Every missed follow-up was money left on the table. And nobody could see the pipeline or tell which leads were being worked.
What we did
We built a light tool that keeps every lead in one place. It logs each call and note. And it shows who's due for a follow-up. It's a real workflow, not a shared spreadsheet everyone types over.
The result
Leads land in one place. Every call is logged. The tool tells the team who to call next, instead of leaving it to memory.
What happened next
Once follow-ups were solid, they wanted a simple report on where leads came from, so they'd know where to spend more.

Custom software is the right call more often than big vendors admit, and less often than developers claim.

When your real records live in a database, the manual work around it (imports, cleanups, exports, reports) is usually the part worth automating.
