Checking a whole market as fast as one listing
Screening deals meant checking listings one at a time against the rules in your head. We built a tool that checks the whole market and shows why.
The problem
Finding properties that fit the rules meant opening listings one by one and checking each one against a long list in your head.
The existing process
Scroll a listing site, eyeball each place against the rules, and jot down the maybes. Slow, and easy to miss a good one on a tired afternoon.
Why it mattered
Good deals move fast. A slow, by-hand check meant missing places, and applying the rules a little differently every time.
What we did
We built a small tool that checks the whole market against the exact rules. It writes a spreadsheet with a pass or fail, and the reason, for every place. Same judgment every time, and the reason is right there.
The result
A full market check that took hours now runs in minutes. It gives a ranked short list with reasons, instead of a gut-feel maybe pile.
What happened next
They asked to run it on a schedule and email the short list, so fresh picks land in the inbox each morning.
