Off-the-shelf booking couldn't do what they needed. We built a custom booking site that takes payment and syncs the calendar, with a customer side and an admin login.
The problem
Their booking ran on a rigid off-the-shelf tool that didn't fit how they actually sell, and it didn't tie into their calendar or payments cleanly.
The existing process
Customers called or fought a clunky tool, staff re-checked the calendar by hand, and taking payment was a separate step that sometimes got missed.
Why it mattered
Every awkward booking was a lost customer or an unpaid slot, and staff burned time patching the gaps the tool left.
What we did
We built a custom booking site: customers book and pay online with Stripe, the times sync to a Google Calendar on their own, and staff get an admin login to see and manage everything. It works the way they sell, not the way one platform forces.
The result
Customers book and pay in one go, the calendar stays right without hand-checking, and staff run the whole thing from one admin screen.
What happened next
They asked to add memberships and recurring bookings, things the off-the-shelf tool never could.
