AI writes the posts, a person still approves them
Keeping several accounts active by hand ate hours a day. We built an engine that drafts posts and remembers what it said, with a person approving each one.
The problem
Keeping a handful of social accounts active meant someone writing, scheduling, and remembering what each account had already said, every day.
The existing process
A person brainstormed posts, typed them in, scheduled them, and tried to keep each account's voice and history straight in their head.
Why it mattered
It was hours of daily work, easy to let slip, and the accounts went quiet whenever that person was busy or out.
What we did
We built an engine that drafts posts in each account's voice and keeps a memory of what it has said, so it doesn't repeat itself. A person approves every post before it goes out.
The result
The accounts stay active with a few minutes of review a day instead of hours of writing, and nothing posts without a human okay.
What happened next
Once approvals were quick, they added more accounts without adding more work.
