How it works

Start small. See it work. Keep going.

There's no giant contract to sign to find out if we can help. It starts with one email about the problem that bugs you, and grows only as far as it earns. We work with small businesses across Texas, from DFW to East Texas, and most of it we can do from anywhere.

Start to finish

Each step earns the next

You never have to jump to a big commitment. Almost everyone starts with a single email and one small project.

Start here

Tell us the problem

No contract to sign, no sales call. Send us a quick note right from the site, or email us, about the thing that's eating your time. Rough is fine, we'll ask the questions.

Free. We read every one.

We look at it

We scope it, free

We figure out the real problem and the simplest way to fix it. Then we tell you straight if it's worth building, even if the honest answer is do it yourself or leave it alone.

No charge to find out if there's a fit.

We build

We ship the core fast

We build the one thing that fixes the problem first and get it into your hands. It starts saving time right away, instead of months later.

You see it working early, not on faith.

We add to it

We add features later

Once the core is working, we add to it a piece at a time, as each piece earns its place. No giant build-out you paid for and half of it goes unused.

You only pay for what's worth building.

Keep going

Ongoing partnership, if you want it

Most people start with one small project to see if we're worth it. When it works out, a lot of them keep coming back with the next problem, and we work the highest-value one.

One-off projects prove the value first.

Not sure where to start?

Get a paid audit

If you know time is leaking but can't point to the one thing to fix, we'll come find it. We watch how your people actually work, then tell you what's worth building. Two ways to run it:

Remote

Remote audit over Google Meet

We watch your team work over Google Meet in two-hour blocks and find the busywork worth killing. Good when the work lives on screens: quoting, paperwork, data entry, reports.

On-site

On-site audit, a day at a time

We come to you and watch how the work really happens, one day at a time. Good for shops, offices, and anywhere the work happens off the screen and out on the floor.

Either way, the loop is the same: we scope what we can do, fix that, and once it's done we can come back for the next one. If you'd rather we just keep finding and fixing without starting over each time, that's the ongoing partnership. The audits and the partnership are both paid. Email us and we'll size the right one with you.

The cycle

How a fix actually happens

The same simple loop, whether it's a one-off project or an ongoing partnership.

Watch

See how the work actually happens, not how it's supposed to.

Pick

Go after the thing that costs the most time or causes the most headaches.

Build

Make the simplest thing that fixes it.

Use it

Put it into real, daily use, not a demo that sits on a shelf.

Check

Make sure it actually saved the time we said it would.

Next

Come back and find the next thing worth fixing.

How we think

The rules we actually work by

These aren't slogans. They're how we decide what to build on every job.

Fix what bugs you

The task everyone has learned to put up with is usually the best one to kill.

Don't automate waste

Before we automate a process, we ask whether it should even exist.

Simplest thing that works

Sometimes that's a custom tool. Sometimes it's a small change or a setting you already have. The problem comes first, not the tool.

Ship early, add later

We get the core in your hands fast, then build on it. You never wait months to see if it helps.

You own your work

Your data, your setup, your tools are yours. We reuse only our own general methods, never your stuff.

No gatekeeping

If you'd rather do it yourself, we'll point you the right way and hand you what we can.

Got something that bugs you?

Tell us the problem that's eating your time. Email us and we'll tell you straight if it's worth fixing, and point you to the best next step, us or not.
